Luke joined Austbrokers in 2018 as our Claims Operations Manager, after having spent 15 years working for one of Australia’s largest insurers, managing a wide range of claims teams nationally over multiple products. As a result, Luke brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong customer focus that sees him delivering the best possible claims outcomes for our clients. In his spare time, Luke is a keen musician, enjoys fitness, martial arts and spending time with his family and friends.
